Working closely with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success, you’ll play a highly strategic yet hands-on role in establishing the company’s go-to-market engine and shaping its next phase of growth.

A rapidly scaling AI technology company is seeking a Founding Engineering Lead to own the technical evolution of its AI-native document intelligence platform. The role combines hands-on engineering, technical leadership and building high-quality engineering teams.
You’ll own the technical architecture and engineering roadmap, drive development of AI-powered products, establish engineering best practices, and help build a world-class engineering organization. The ideal profile combines strong Python/backend and distributed systems expertise with hands-on experience in LLMs, RAG, Agentic AI, cloud-native infrastructure (AWS/GCP), and production AI systems, along with the ability to operate effectively in a startup environment.
